Okay, but, what do we actually do?
Let's demystify multi-channel marketing and why it's important for a small business.
First off, let's understand what Multi-Channel Marketing is...
Multi-channel marketing is, in simple terms, using multiple methods to reach your customers so that wherever they look for you, they can find you and find the level of service/experience they’re looking for. In this day and age, very few people will enquire based on one channel, for example, a website. They’ll more often than not check your reviews, look at your social profiles, look at your website and more all before enquiring. If those areas aren’t up to scratch, and if you don’t meet the prospects expectations, you simply won’t get the enquiry. Want to learn more? Click on each of the sections below to explain each channel.
What does that look like in a business you ask?
Please note: this is an extremely generic and simplistic example of a marketing strategy we’d put together for a generic small business.
We almost always start with a paid ads advertising strategy because this gets traction very quickly, but does have a cost associated to it. So, over a period of 3,6,9 months we’ll typically gradually wean down the reliance on paid ads because we’ll have you high enough up the Google rankings that those leads are coming through without needing to spend on advertising.
We drive all of our leads, and even your historic customers, to a CRM (customer relationship management, this is included in your retainer cost to us) system that houses all of your customer data. This allows us to effectively email, text and otherwise engage with your customers on your behalf and incentivise reviews, last minute sales, appointment reminders, giveaways, promotions and more to keep driving leads to you.
On top of this, we also keep your socials up to date to engage your community and keep you top of mind while focusing on driving and managing reviews which in turn helps us convert more leads over the duration of our work.
We have some more explanations on our diagram below, but it’s usually just easier to book a consultation and let us put some context around it for your business.
This strategy will be drastically different on a case by case basis.
This traffic has high intent to buy something, they're ready to move.
High converting landing pages are 100% necessary.
Nurturing traffic via social is great for lead conversion.
SMS open rates average at 98%, don't miss out!
Keeping your audience warm and engaged is key here.
Imagine how useful having a centralised platform filled with your customers is?
Keeping your reviews flowing helps us from an SEO side and with conversion.
SEO takes time, but it's an absolute necessity long term.
There’s so much more to this than we can include on a generic page, but we hope this gives you a bit of an idea about the kind of stuff we do and why we need to consider it for your customers.
We’d strongly recommend you book a consultation with us so we can add a bit more context around your business here.
