For some people, no. For others, yes. If you want to reliably control how many enquiries you get then absolutely is the answer. Think about the last time you enquired with a business, you would've looked not only at their website but also at their Facebook page, their reviews, the list goes on. Multi-channel marketing is about being present wherever the customer looks and controlling that experience into one that makes them want to enquire with you.
We don't guarantee leads, because typically with agencies that provide these guarantees, you really just get "filler" leads which are low quality to make sure they make a lead quota. We offer a pay-per-result model with no contract approach to working, where you don't sign any lengthy contract and don't pay us anything but commission therefore if we don't do our job, you can just stop using our services. We think that's more compelling than a guaranteed number of "leads" every week!
In some cases, yes. In most cases, no. Yes technically it's possible but in reality it's not optimal and won't really allow us to be as effective as we need to. In special circumstances we may allow this though, so get in touch and let us put you right.
We don't really need you to do much, we need about an hour of your time a week to review the things we're doing alongside us and give us feedback on the quality of work so we can make the relevant changes. We don't need you to write content or anything like that, we just need you to sit with us and let us pick your brains on where we're going next and then you let us run wild.
Absolutely! We have an office near Dunfermline just off the M90 with space for us to meet, or, we can just come to you. Whatever is preferable.
We're pretty sure it will in most cases, but, if it doesn't work then you just tell us to stop working and we'll bill you the amount agreed up to that date and amicably part ways. We'll provide you a folder with all the things we've produced for the business while we've been working together and ensure any passwords, accounts or access is handed back appropriately.
In some cases, yes. We're not a creative video agency who are excellent at putting together TV ads. We're the opposite really, we're the un-sexy ugly cousin that works strictly on putting pounds and pennies back in your bank account. So in most cases, yes, we can work alongside another agency but there's usually some cross-over.
